School Site Council is a unique school-level group that is charged with improving academic achievement through the compliant and efficient use of selected funds.
School Site Council at San Diego Virtual School is comprised of Staff, Teachers, Parents and/or students, and community members. SSC participates in all reviews of the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), ensures that the Goals and Services from the LCAP align to the school’s achievement plan, funded programs, as well as ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
