    Care Solace is an online resource with a live 24/7 concierge line meant to assist individuals in finding local mental health-related programs, counseling services and social services referrals including Housing, Medical and Dental Resoruces. To use Care Solace, individuals answer a few basic questions in order to receive an extensive list of referrals to applicable care providers or other organizations.     CalFresh is for people with low income who meet federal income eligibility rules and want to add to their budget to put healthy and nutritious food  on the table.

  • San Diego Food Bank

    The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank and North County Food Bank chapter comprise the largest hunger-relief organization in San Diego County. They partner with nearly 500 nonprofit partners with feeding programs to feed those in need. Visit their website search engine for help in or near your zip code.

    Feeding San Diego rescues high-quality, nutritious, surplus food from all types of food donors, such as farms and grocery stores. They work with community partners who distribute food to people in need.  The FIND FOOD tab at the top of their site connects the public to areas that distribute food. The search engine can break down the sights by no appointment needed or call/interview required. 

  • California WIC (Women, Infants & Children) Nutrition Program

    WIC is a nutrition-assistance program dedicated to improving the health and development of pregnant parents and families with little ones under the age of five. Eligibility is based on income requirements and if you are pregnant, experienced a pregnancy loss/termination, gave birth within the last six months, are breastfeeding a baby under age 1, or have a child under age 5 (including foster children, legal guardians, and single fathers.)
